Myriad
Sandwiched between two complex installation builds, Myriad provided a meditative space. Two dimensional, two colors, simplest of elements, repeated. At the time, I had been thinking a lot about equations describing curves and surfaces in space, this painting became my visualization of discrete number sets, each digit separate and inviolate from all the rest, none of that continuity linking it to the next.
